I love to paint and design dolls from paper and polymer clays. My husband Mike loves to make art from Driftwood from the Cumberland River that falls over the Cumberland Falls near our home in SE Kentucky. This blog is a chronicle of our work and what inspires us. A lot of my favorite things are antique dolls, surreal art and the sweet macabre if those two can go together. My husband is inspired by primitive art and the feel and smell of old wood. I hope you enjoy browsing through our pages.

New Prim Aceo with June and Gertie
Today I worked on some aceo cards. They are so wonderful to do, I will probably need stronger glasses if I keep it up though.
This is June, Gertie and Annie. Gertie has on her flag blankie, she is giving June the look over.
I also did some outsider ones today. I finished up a Humpty Dumpty card today too. He is praying to the glue god. He is listed on ebay. Bless his heart. He doesnt have a chance.
