I love to paint and design dolls from paper and polymer clays. My husband Mike loves to make art from Driftwood from the Cumberland River that falls over the Cumberland Falls near our home in SE Kentucky. This blog is a chronicle of our work and what inspires us. A lot of my favorite things are antique dolls, surreal art and the sweet macabre if those two can go together. My husband is inspired by primitive art and the feel and smell of old wood. I hope you enjoy browsing through our pages.
I do this wonderful collection of dolls I call Prim Tales. Today I unveiled the first public Christmas ornament from this collection. Up til now I had been keeping them for myself. This is Sally and she was the first Prim doll I did.
