I love to paint and design dolls from paper and polymer clays. My husband Mike loves to make art from Driftwood from the Cumberland River that falls over the Cumberland Falls near our home in SE Kentucky. This blog is a chronicle of our work and what inspires us. A lot of my favorite things are antique dolls, surreal art and the sweet macabre if those two can go together. My husband is inspired by primitive art and the feel and smell of old wood. I hope you enjoy browsing through our pages.

What I have been working on
This is one of my lastest paintings for Land of Meihre, which is a series I am doing. I have this one listed on ebay right now. I love the colors of this one. This pure guy looks so sad, but if I had tree roots coming out of my sockets, I would be sad too..
