I love to paint and design dolls from paper and polymer clays. My husband Mike loves to make art from Driftwood from the Cumberland River that falls over the Cumberland Falls near our home in SE Kentucky. This blog is a chronicle of our work and what inspires us. A lot of my favorite things are antique dolls, surreal art and the sweet macabre if those two can go together. My husband is inspired by primitive art and the feel and smell of old wood. I hope you enjoy browsing through our pages.

Great Fall Painting
I have moved in another direction with my work and I am really pleased with it. I have worked really hard on the realism end of my painting and it is starting to pay off. I have listed some really good works on ebay in the last couple of weeks that I am really pleased with. I have joined a new group called art squared for small art that is a lot of fun. I hope to work on some more of those soon. I will keep you posted.
